摘要:: 目的]对传统房屋征收工作进行信息化升级改造研究。[方法]通过文献分析，实地访谈对Y县房屋征收工作“互联网+”信息化的现状和需要解决的问题，再基于PaaS模式对平台进行建设，建成房屋征收信息一体化平台。[结果]探讨了以房屋征收各项基础数据为核心，将房屋征收流程中所包含的各个环节整合在一起的房屋征收信息一体化平台系统，包含项目管理系统，信息查询系统，项目督查系统，征收服务系统。[局限]房屋征收工作模式单一，信息化基础比较薄弱，各项基础数据在应用中仍存在数据壁垒、数据安全、公众参与机制不足、信息公开不充分等问题。[结论]整合房屋征收数据，建立房屋征收信息一体化平台系统对房屋征收工作发展十分重要。

Abstract:: Objective]Research on the informatization upgrade and transformation of the traditional house expropriation work.[Methods]Through literature analysis and on-site interviews, the current situation and problems that need to be resolved in the “Internet +” informatization of housing expropriation work in County Y were conducted, and the platform was built based on the PaaS model to build an integrated housing expropriation information platform.[Results]Discussed the house expropriation information integration platform system that takes the basic data of house expropriation as the core and integrates all the links included in the house expropriation process, including project management system, information query system, project supervision system, and expropriation service system. [Limitations]The housing expropriation work model is single, and the information foundation is relatively weak. There are still data barriers, data security, insufficient public participation mechanisms, and insufficient information disclosure in the application of various basic data. [Conclusions]Integrating house expropriation data and establishing an integrated house expropriation information platform system is very important for the development of house expropriation work
