摘要:
为了推进信息产业集群向创新集群的转变，帮助信息产业集群突破发展的瓶颈， 本文探讨了信息产业集群的演变规律，并结合技术地图与ITRI 的特点，构建了一个能够应对 动态环境并能打破集群发展极限的产学研协同创新体系模型。
Abstract:
In order to promote the transition of the industry cluster to innovation cluster and breakthrough the development bottleneck of industry cluster, this paper discusses the evolution law of industry cluster, and combining with the characteristics of technology map and ITRI, build a production-study-research collaborative innovation system model that is able to deal with dynamic environment to break the development limit of industry cluster.
