摘要:
为了解决高校长期以来存在的数据共享困难、标准不统一、数据不完整、数据不规范等问题，各个高校纷纷尝试引入数据治理体系和相关方法。但是，数据治理项目往往实施成本高、周期长、效果不显著。尤其在项目建设初期，会花费大量的时间和精力用于排查已有的数据质量问题。因此，对于高校的各个层级的数据管理人员，更迫切的需要一种能够快速分析数据，发现数据问题和业务规则的方法和工具。本文将数据剖析方法引入高校的数据治理工作中，分析了数据剖析的各种方法和能力，并将其方法引入数据质量指标管理，数据过程管理中，给出了详细的操作流程，最后给出了高校数据剖析工具框架。利用数据剖析方法，能够轻松的发现数据的元信息，数据的模式等信息，可以将其使用在数据清理，数据集成和数据分析等数据治理的各个阶段。
Abstract:
Many universities have tried to introduce a data governance system to solve problems such as data sharing difficulties, non-uniform standards, incomplete data, and non-standard dat a. However, data governance projects are often costly, time-consuming , and even ineffective. Especially at the beginning of the project, a lot of time and effort will be spent on troubleshooting existing data. Therefore, data managers urgently need a method that can quickly analyze data , discover business rules and data problems. This paper introduces the data profiling method into the data governance, analyzes the various methods and abilities of data profiling, which will the used in the data quality management and data process management . Moreover, this paper gives a detailed operation process, and gives the framework of data profiling. Using the method of data profiling can easily find the metadata of data, data patterns, and can be used in data cleaning, data integration and data analysis of data governance.
