摘要:
目的]推动增材制造教学改革与进步,促进专业技术人才的培养与产业应用,对落实国家“制造强国”战略具有重大意义。[方法]Quest教学模式的优势,研究了该教学模式应用于实践教学的效果。[结果]Quest教学模式可有效改善现有问题,激发学生自主探究的兴趣,培养学生团队协作与解决问题的能力,对提升教学质量效果显著。[局限]Quest模式使得教学任务周期变长,且较难设置合理任务难度,易增加学生学习负担,还需不断完善该模式应用过程的弊端。[结论
Abstract:
Objective] Promoting the teaching reform and progress of additive manufacturing and boosting the technical personnel training and industrial application is of great significance to implementing the national strategy of "manufacturing power".[Methods] This paper briefly introduces the basic concept of additive manufacturing and the current situation of practical education, analyzes the advantages of WebQuest teaching mode based on the Internet, and studies the effect of this teaching mode applied to practical education.[Results] According to the questionnaire survey and students’ summary, WebQuest teaching mode can effectively improve the existing problems, stimulate students’ interest in independent inquiry, and cultivate students’ ability to cooperate and solve problems in teams, which has a significant effect on improving teaching quality. [Limitations] WebQuest mode makes the teaching task cycle longer, and it is difficult to set reasonable task difficulty, which is easy to increase students’ learning burden. It is also necessary to constantly improve the drawbacks of the application process of this mode.[Conclusions] The exploration and practice of the new teaching mode of additive manufacturing provide the theoretical basis and practical experience for reforming the teaching mode and promote the development of the additive manufacturing industry
